thought we'd write since we haven't posted anything lately....South Africa is still in the works and most likely it'll be in January. We look forward to all the God wants to do in our lives while we are there. It's definitley going to be a life changing experience. Okay, let me get one thing straight..so many people think we are going to be living in the villages in like huts and Michael is going to be running around with little zulu friends with paint on his face and a long spear in one hand...which totally cracks me up....but, South Africa is nothing like that...It's very civilized. The area we want to reach out to is a place called "Paarl Valley". You can always look it up on the web. It's very pretty....vineyards everywhere with beautiful dutch homes. Then more towards the coastal areas...you can imagine!. If you surf..I'm sure you've heard of South Africa and their surf spots....Mike and I look forward to shark diving...not sure when we'll have the time to do that... They've got a lot there. And, it's so neat that our son will experience the mission field in his life. And, in South Africa....How cool is that!
Anyways..keep checking out our blog for further posts...We sure are going to miss all of our friends and family.
